Mom has been so awesome coming to my house everyday to help me little by little plant our garden. So far, we planted carrots, tomatoes, squash, peppers and some herbs.
How can planting a garden help the environment?
“Growing your own food can help reduce your carbon footprint. You can help protect air and water quality when you grow your own food organically, without chemical pesticides. You will also reduce the use of fossil fuels and resulting pollution from transporting food to the supermarket.” – Back to Nature
